Journaling About Intuitions

In an intuition journal, you track the decisions you make based on what your body is telling you. This type of journal helps you learn how your intuitions influence your decision-making. Journaling regularly about your intuitions will strengthen your mind-body connections.
You can create journal entries by filling in a table like the following
Decision I Face | Feelings I Have | Decision I Make |
Should I try to sit at the “cool kid” table at lunch or stay with my friends? |
I feel jealous. I want to be cool. My heart is in my throat. My mouth is dry. It feels like a trap. |
I sit with my real friends, instead. I can breathe around them. They like me for me. |
|
Your Turn Use this template to create your intuition journal. Repeat the instructions a few times each week.
