Here's another type of dependent clause:

which comes with ground beef or seasoned chicken

This clause has a subject (which) and a verb (comes) but does not express a complete thought and cannot stand alone as a sentence. It has to be joined to an independent clause, forming a complex sentence.

I first order the nachos appetizer, which comes with ground beef or seasoned chicken.
