Using Commas in Complex Sentences

You can join two simple sentences into one complex sentence by using a subordinating conjunction (although, because, if, unless, until), which makes one clause depend on the other.

I enjoy playing music off the page.

Improvising my own music is awesome.

I enjoy playing music off the page though improvising my own music is awesome.
