Ordering Adjectives

When you use more than one adjective before a noun, you need to put them in the correct order.

Correct: The diver saw three big blue fish.

Incorrect: The diver saw blue big three fish.

       (The incorrect sentence doesn't make sense because our minds expect a specific adjective order.)
